Summer Tour To Portugal
Join us on a fantastic bike tour to sunny Portugal.
And why not bring your partner?
Our route will start out from London with a leisurely ride down to Dover. From there, breakfast on the ferry to relax our sore backsides and then onto Calias. We then head South to Paris we're we spend the night, before travelling the length of France and stopping overnight at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains.
After a mind boggling corkscrew up and down the fantastic mountain range weaving in & out of tunnels cut through the mountains, we arrive in sunny Spain. Our route then takes us along to amazing Barcelona onto historical Valencia and hugging the coast we then continue to travel past Benidorm. Continuing our journey South, we head out to Malaga and then turn North to the breath taking city of Seville. Time allowing, we will then take an upward journey through the cloud line to Ronda before turning West towards Portugal. We then ride to Albufeira, Portugal's most beautiful beach resort, and then from there head North to Portugal's capital Lisbon. We now turn East, exiting Portugal en route to the magical Salamanca, full of moorish castle's this town will truly enchant you. Our final leg takes us North East to the port town of Bilbao, where we catch the overnight ferry to Portsmouth, and lastly back onto London.
This amazing opportunity is being exclusively offered to the1 Stop Instruction community and friends, and will surely be a unique summer holiday away from the norm.
The trip is scheduled to be around June / July 2010.
You will need to allow 10 - 12 days for this experience.
Costs will be dependant upon group size and number of pillions.
Accommodation will be a combination of both camping and B&B.
Places on this tour will be limited to 8 bikes only, and due to the distance being covered, only available to those with a full unrestricted licence and bikes 600cc or over.

1 Stop Recommend Chainspeed
We have been in recent communication with Sam at Chainspeed, who has helped us to upgrade our radio systems we use to teach. We have decided to start using Autocom, which not only allows us radio communication with our pupils, but is also great for personal use when we are not teaching. The Logic L-1 Kit Chainspeed recommended allows us to listen to music, communicate with pillion passengers (in full duplex - like having a normal conversation), connect GPS and also take phone calls whilst riding!
We thoroughly recommend that every biker should have this fantastic piece of equipment. Whether it is only for music & taking phone calls, or to communicate with pillions or other bikers, it's a simply 'must have'! Our instructors also use Autocom to communicate with each other whilst riding, which is especially useful for when we go on tours, and act as marshalls for the no to bike parking campaign.
Whatever your requirements are, speak to Sam at Chainspeed. He is by far much more helpful and knowledgable than Autocom direct, and Chainspeed's after sales care service is second to none!

We are in the final stages of almost getting this stealth tax overturned, but as close as we are, we're not quiet there yet. With your support though we are sure that we can get this tax overturned very soon. The next demo will be held on Tuesday 9th March at 6pm on Northumberland Avenue (next to Trafalgar Square), and we urge you as fellow bikers to register your interest and join us there to fight for our right to park for free!
